Louisville’s 10th-ranked women’s hockey team (6-3, 1-1) will host fifth-ranked UConn at noon Saturday at Trager Field. The game has been declared a whiteout.

U of L is led by senior scorer Nicole Youman, with 12 goals and eight assists. Goalie Erin Conrad is considered one of the best in the Big East.  Also, there are a couple of Jurich’s on the team (Tom’s twin daughters Haley and Lacey) so plenty of reasons to make the easy drive to the Belknap campus for the showdown.
