Russ Smith should be the Capital One Impact Player of the Week because he’s a role model, co-captain of his team, and an all round good and generous human being. He excels in a number of arenas as an individual and as a team player. Gentleman and ladies, you can’t go wrong picking this outstanding young man as the Player of the Week.
