The University of Louisville soccer team holds the campus record for being ranked No. 1 in any sport, having been rated No. 1 by Top Drawer Soccer for the past two weeks. The Cards are ranked second and seventh in other polls.

That mark is on the line as Notre Dame invades Cardinal Park Saturday at 7 p.m. U of L trails the series 1-7-1 all-time. This season Louisville is 9-0-2, Notre Dame is 6-3-3.

In the last meeting a year ago, Louisville lost to the Irish 4-3 in the semifinals of the Big East tournament. The game was decided by penalty kicks after the game was tied 0-0 tie after two overtime periods.
