Tyrone Pearson (CardGame photo)

Tyrone Pearson, a 6-foot-3, 285-pound tackle from Seneca High School, has become the first player in the 2012 class to make a verbal commitment to play football at the University of Louisville.

This will come as a disappointment (i.e., kick in the teeth) to some schools that were heavily recruiting Pearson. He indicated just a couple of weeks ago that he was also considering Illinois, Florida State and Kentucky.
