Want a good example of leadership, think Angel McCoughtry. This gem from a Rutgers blog:

“When Louisville freshman Becky Burke was asked about her perfect night. She’d just gone 6-for-6 from the floor, 4-for-4 from long range and she said it was because Louisville senior Angel McCoughtry told her to get her butt in the gym at 6:15 a.m. Saturday morning.

McCoughtry probably would’ve been the player of the year in any other conference (did anyone see that ridiculous leaner with the shot clock expiring late in regulation?), but she made a demand of a freshman her team needed (she said to Burke, “You have to knock your shots down”), she went and met the freshman to encourage her along and she got a result.”
