The University of Louisville soccer team has earned a 10th seed while being invited to its sixth consecutive NCAA tournament. The top 16 teams earn a bye in the first round and will host at least one home game.

U of L finished the regular season with an overall record of 12-5-1, playing arguably one of the toughest schedules in the nation. The Cardinals won its third BIG EAST Red Division title this season after finishing the regular season with a 7-1-0 record. Louisville faced six of the top 16 seeded teams in the NCAA Tournament.

Louisville will host a second round  game, against the winner of the Winthrop and SMU game on Sunday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. in Cardinal Park.
