Doubly tough night for many University of Louisville fans.
Rick Pitino’s team facing off against seventh-ranked Villanova at 7 p.m. on ESPN-2. The Cards are 13-2, Jeff Wright’s team 14-1. Jeff Walz’ women team against No. 12Â Notre Dame at South Bend. U of L is 12-5, the Irish are 12-5.
Dangerous opponents in tough environments, the results of which will be revealing about the future of both teams.
Men’s game at 7 on ESPN-2. No TV for the women, WKRD radio at 7.

Almost the same scenario Saturday, with the Louisville men entertaining Marquette (on ESPN-2)Â at 11 a.m., the U of L women against UConn at Noon.

And before anyone states the obvious, there were almost 10,000 fans on hand for the women’s game against Pittsburgh on Sunday.
UofL only has 2 loses.
Juxtapose but thanks.
