Angel McCoughtry takes a break from basketball during the off season seeing the world. But she is never far from a basketball court, spending the past couple of months with the Turkish women’s basketball league in Istanbul.
The former University of Louisville All-America and Atlanta Dream star, led her Fenerbahce team to the league’s championship playoffs last week, scoring 34 points in the final to win a best-of-five series in four games.
