- Spring practice begins for the University of Louisville football team on March 21st, the Red-White Scrimmage 0n April 14th (taxes not due until April 17th this year).
- Louisville baseball opens practice on January 29th, the season officially begins with the Big East-Big 10 Challenge, opening game against Minnesota, February 28th. Home opener is against Eastern Kentucky on February 22nd.
