The University of Louisville Athletic Association board will meet on a personnel matter Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. Charlie Strong will be at the top of the agenda, in fact, the only agenda item, to be sworn in as the new U of L football coach. Get ready, Louisville.

Is this Groundhogs day? Seems I remember hearing all this a mere 3 years ago. Guy has ZERO experience at running a program. If I could give Strong some advice it would be to rent and not buy.
Kragthorpe had experience running a program — look how much good that did….
I hope the Cardinal fan base will exercise some paitence and time to allow him to start the rebuild. It’s not going to happen overnight, a lot of work to be done and evaluation and analysis of what he has left, what he needs to come in and who he’d going to hire to accomplish the work.
