The University of Louisville has mailed ticket information for the expanded Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, featuring good value for football fans.

  • Season tickets for the first three rows of the upper deck are the same ($308) as sections on the press box side. CAF donations for the first three rows in these four sections between the 40- and 50-yard lines are $100 per seat. The other upper sections require no CAF donations.
  • Loge seating is below the suites. The seats require an additional $7,500 to $12,500 per seat initial donation, plus a $500 to $1,000 yearly retention donation. According to a University source, these areas feature some climate control, allowing temperatures to be adjusted 15 degrees for hot or cold weather. Here’s a link to loge seating info.
  • Reportedly, all but about a dozen of the 70 suites have been sold at a price of $50,000 per unit.
  • Second level seats above the first three rows are a real value, with season tickets going for $143 per seat.
