By popular demand and in spite of 25-degree temperatures and a forecast of between one and nine inches of snow, the observer is off again to Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium to check on construction progress. As has been reported elsewhere, the concrete foundation for the second level has been completed and the anchors for the new seats should not be far behind.
The sundeck/walkway is a massive addition to the stadium and will be easily accessible to fans in the Crunch Zone and the upper reaches of the East and West sides, especially fans fortunate to have access to the Brown & Williamson Club.
