The University of Louisville volleyball team has moved up to No. 10 nationally in the latest coaches’ poll, up two spots from last week. The volleyettes face DePaul Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the opening game of Big East Conference action at the KFC Yum! Center.
Anne Kordes’ team is off to an 11-1 record that includes convincing wins over ranked teams Illinois, Purdue and Kentucky. Senior Lola Arslanbekova is seventh nationally in 4.6 kills per set and Gwen Rucker is the conference’s leading blocker.
