After several months of relative obscurity, Tom Jurich is making public appearances, getting in front of TV cameras again. Confident and enthusiastic, keeping University of Louisville fans guessing but optimistic about the future:

  1. Can’t help it, but still enjoy Meiners wacky and irrelevant
observations on all things Louisville. Meiners leads with his chin a lot of times and pays the price for his spontaneous combustions…but if the city of Louisville had a governmental position for “city clown and joker”… Meiners would be assigned it “for life”.

  2. The reality is that very few people pay attention to Terry Meiners. His opinions are irrelevant and his humor/antics got old years ago.

  3. Is Terry finally out of Tom’s doghouse? I thought perhaps so, but that weak handshake at the end says, don’t bet on it. As I recall, it all started with Terry’s on-air criticism of ticketing policies for the KFC Yum Center.

    1. Good observation Tom. Thankfully, he’s not on the coaching show anymore, asserting his close relationship with Pitino. The former TV play-by-play guy didn’t stand a chance of making it with Meiners hogging the show.
