Congratulations to Tim Johnstone, a University of Louisville fan, who will be representing U of L in this year’s Biggest Fan of the Big East Contest sponsored by Volvo.
A graduate of the U of L School of Law, Tim has his work cut out for him in succeeding Steve Springer who was the big winner for U of L in last year’s competition, claiming a new Volvo S60, a trip to Madison Square Garden for the Big East Championship g
ame, and $10,000 for UofL’s General Scholarship Fund.
Tim, of course, is a rabid Cardinal fan, and he, along with Chris Cunningham, runs the Cardinal Laws blog site, posting as Mr. Red. When he’s not writing, reading or watching U of L, he runs his own law firm under the name of Tim Johnstone in the Highlands.
His first official duty as a contestant, along with his counterparts from 15 other Big East cities, will be to attend Big East Media Day on Oct. 19. You can read more at his site.
