Time to let bygones be bygones.

Charlie Strong has the chance to do what no Louisville head football coach has yet accomplished. Beat South Florida at South Florida. His success in doing this might just well depend on how the Bulls quarterback B.J. Daniels handles an injured shoulder.

Without the speedy signal caller, the Bulls have an offense about as productive as a turtle crossing a stretch of beach. With him, they are dangerous, hard to defend and put points on the board.

So predicting this one is difficult. If Daniels is healthy and ready to go, the Bulls keep the streak intact. Make it 17-14 USF. Without
him, the Cards break the streak and win 14-7. The Bulls still aren’t bowl eligible…they’ll play him if there is a ghost of a chance he
can be effective.

Don’t want to wish anyone bad health or pain, but, B.J., take Friday off and go shopping or sit in the whirlpool and rest.
