Out in the hinterlands, the hills of Kentucky, the country, going down to the lake, like everybody knows which lake. You know, the lake.
Actually, the lake is a river. Rough River.
Change of scenery. Sun, water, food, family. Relaxing.
What amuses one the most, however, is the response of University of Kentucky fans to any mention of investigations into basketball recruiting:
“Nothing to it. Everybody’s just after Kentucky.”
If they’re concerned about the growing number of NCAA probes, they’re not about to admit it. Especially to a University of Louisville fan.
