Rick Pitino is selling his current residence but he’s not leaving Louisville.

The home, located in Mockingbird Gardens, has 9,673 square feet and includes five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, a pool with a cabana, a tennis court, and a recently remodeled walkout lower level with a full bar and wine cellar.

Kenny Klein, sports information told Business First, that Pitino is not going anywhere. “He’s just looking to downsize,” said Klein. “It’s as simple as that.”

The house, listed under Joanne Pitino’s name, is listed for $2.2 million with Paul Semonin Realtors.
