The University of Louisville has been selected to host one of 16 regional NCAA baseball tournaments, starting Friday.

Other tournament hosts (and tournament selections) include: Arizona State, Arkansas, Auburn , Cal State Fullerton, Coastal Carolina, Connecticut, Florida,  Georgia Tech, Miami (Fla.), Oklahoma,  South Carolina, Texas, TCU, UCLA, and Virginia.

The remaining at-large teams, top-eight national seeds, first-round regional pairings and site assignments will be announced Monday at 12:30 p.m. EST.

Make a note of this, so you’re not scrambling Friday:

Pre-ordered tickets will be available for pickup Thursday at the ticket office, located across Floyd Street from Gate 2 of Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium. The office will be open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. that day.

Update: Tickets for a Monday game are included in the ticket package. If the Monday game is necessary, the cost of tickets will be added to your credit card.

  1. The email I got said the Monday ticket would be included in your ticket package at pickup, but only charged if that game was needed. Is that not what you heard?

  2. UL picked as the #7 seed and will host Super Regional if they make it out of first weekend!
