Louisville football sale for real

The University of Louisville equipment sale is not to be missed if U of L football gear is your thing. Boxes and boxes of adidas T-shirts, sweatshirts, tennis shoes, football shoes with cleats, sweaters are stacked or displayed on racks outside the Trager indoor practice facility Wednesday through Saturday. Would you believe brand new adidas tennis shoes for $15? T-shirts for $10. Sweatshirts for $15. Game jerseys worn by U of L football players last season $50. Well worth trip, tremendous savings on many quality items. 9 a.m. till 4 p.m., three more days.

    This is the first time I have ever heard about this. I’m surprised the Athletic Dept. doesn’t send out an email notice to all football season ticket holders. Another option would have been to put a notice on the atheletic dept. website.

      Tom, happy to pass along the news. The fact that they didn’t publicize it heavily means more bargains for you and I and Card Game frequenters. There are many deals to be had, but the sooner you get out there the better the fit in clothing.

    Mr. Paul, my guess is you wear a size 14. The smaller sizes were long gone after Wednesday. 🙂

      Believe it or not, I found a couple of pair of size 12 still left, Charlie. Almost bought both of them. They weren’t taking “plastic” though…so I settled for just one.
