The University of Louisville baseball team has an opportunity to begin righting the record as Alabama invade for a three-game series this weekend, starting at 3 p.m. Friday.

Alabama holds a 9-1 edge in the all-time series. The Crimson Tide has lost its last six games.

Right hander Chad Green will start for UofL, seeking to improve on his 2-1 won-lost record and a 1.59 earned run average. He will face senior Charley Sullivan with an 0-1 and a 4.20 ERA.

Beer and Pepsi products will be $1.

Saturday’s first pitch is at 1 p.m. Wear a UofL hat and get a voucher for a free 32-ounce bag of popcorn. Sunday at 1 p.m., hotdogs are $1.
