A Louisville cap indicates that the University of Louisville was among the schools being considered by Kedron Johnson, a 6-foot-4 guard from Marshall County, Tenn. Johnson announced during a news conference Wednesday that he will play at Vanderbilt. As a junior, Johnson averaged 22 points, eight rebounds and five assists per game, leading Marshall County a semi-final appearance in the state tournament. Johnson said he was also considering Alabama and Florida. (Marshall County Tribune photo.)
Strange thing how many guards from KY have gone to Vandy over the years. Goes at least back to the Ford guy from Maysville and that was somewhere around the late ’60s.
Vandy is getting a good one just hope they have the sense to use him correctly this time.
Yeah, that is strange. One thing though. This kid is from Tennessee not Kentucky.
