Most coaches recruit players to a system. Wooden just recruited players. While others tried to fit their players to their system he fit his system to his players. The best ever. In any sport.
He was truly a wonderful teacher/coach and will be missed. I’ll bet Nell was so glad to see him when he got to Heaven though….RIP Coach Wooden
