Kuric, Smith and Swopshire look back

If you slept in Saturday, you missed some great give and take with Kyle Kuric, Chris Smith and Jared Swopshire on Rick Pitino’s show. Worth revisiting:

Siva needs to sit – in last two games, 69 minutes , 8 total points and more turnovers than assists. UGLY.

Points-per-game – Kuric is #25 in the Big East, Russ 31 and Siva 59. 3-pointers made – Kuric 7, Chris Smith 14, Russ 37 and Siva 71 in the Big East.

Siva does rank second in the Big East in one category – turnovers! He needs to be out of the starting line-up if the Cards have any hope to move forward in the Big East/NCAA tourney. Not being mean, just facing the facts.

Well, back on topic, I have not watched this program until recently. Pitino is in his own element here. If every UofL fan would take one of these in every couple weeks or so, I think we would be a much more basketball intelligent and appreciative audience. I have been very impressed. Now I can see how Pitino can command such high speaker fees.
