Who would have thought the Big East title came would be Louisville vs Cincy and we are neighboring states. Where are the other Big East schools why jumping ship?
Becky, the other Big East schools are going for the big money that comes with football TV money in other conferences. As big as basketball is in Kentucky, it is dwarfed in the shadow of college football. Hopefully, U of L will soon be joining the Big 12 Conference with foes like Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State, Texas Tech, TCU, West Virginia. Meanwhile, enjoy the benefits of the Big East.
I am so proud of our team, the effort has always been there to win but to see the rewards of their hard work produce a chance to win the Big East Title in basketball is elating!!!
