As demanding of his players as is Charlie Strong, it’s somewhat surprising he allows his University of Louisville football players to use elevators. But there they are, three of them taking the easy way up to the fifth floor of the Brown & Williamson Club on media day. They are cornerback Bobby Burns, offensive guard Mark Wetterer and offensive tackle Byron Stingily. Their expressions make the photographer wonder whether asking these guys to hold the elevator for a few seconds is really a smart move.
