The Cardinal Bird appears to be chastising a fan during last Saturday’s University of Louisville-Memphis football game. The guess here is the admonishment is because the fan is wearing a old shirt with a Steve Kragthorpe slogan on the back. The “Win As One” theme didn’t work, and has been replaced by “Stand Strong” as the program seek to recover from three years of backsliding. (Photo by Menefee Seay)
It would help if the Cardinal Mascot had another expression.
I hope he can be a better fan for basketball. Last year there were a couple of games where he sat on the bench and fell asleep.
I hope he doesn’t get his feathers ruffled over this. Nice photo.
