When reports first surfaced, one instinctively had the image of another nightclub incident. News sources in Miami are reporting, however, that the drama stemmed from alleged road rage.

It’s the mug shot of former University of Louisville football player Elvis Dumervil shortly after he was arrested Saturday and charged with third degree aggravated assault with a weapon by Miami-Dade County officials.
Dumervil was released after posting $7,500 bail. He’s scheduled to report to the Denver Broncos’ training camp on July 25. No court date has been set.
