Another University of Louisville license tag has just been added to a vehicle in Kentucky, this one on the Volvo S60 in Murray claimed by Steve Springer at halftime of the Big East basketball championship game at Madison Square Garden in Volvo’s Biggest Fan of the Big East Contest. The kid is still pinching himself.
