Bats are back, U of L baseball pounds Indiana

Those mob scenes in front of the dugout are always an indication of good things happening for University of Louisville baseball. The bats were humming Tuesday as UofL collected 15 hits, including five doubles and a couple of triples, in a 13-4 rout of Indiana University.  Louisville jumped out to a 5-1 lead in the first inning and never looked back. Freshman righthander Jared Ruxer won his first game ever in a Cardinal uniform, scattering five hits and two runs over five innings.
