Work is moving along on expansion of Jim Patterson Baseball Stadium. Steel support sections have already been installed for new chair back seats and terrace viewing along the first and third base lines.  Seating capacity is being expanded from 1,500 to 4,000 seats in time for the 2013 baseball season. The Cards play their first game against Eastern Kentucky University in the expanded stadium on February 15.
