Third Street will be closed between River Road and Main Street later this week as crews install electrical utilities for Louisville’s downtown arena.
Plans call for the street to close at 9 a.m. Thursday and reopen at 6 a.m. Monday. The Third Street exit at Interstate 64 will remain open, and traffic will be rerouted on adjacent north-south streets.
