Teddy-Bridgewater-Card-March

Teddy Bridgewater, cool, calm and collected, yellow shirt, red tie, before Saturday’s game, making his way through the Card March throng and 95-degree temperature into Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.

Bridgewater was named American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Monday after matching a career best with five touchdown passes in the University of Louisville’s season opening 49-7 victory over Ohio.

Four touchdown passes in the first half — the most touchdown passes in a half in school history since Dave Ragone tossed four against East Carolina in 2002. The fourth in the first half pushed him past Jay Gruden for fourth all-time UofL career passing touchdowns. (UofL Photo)
