Which scandal? An out-of-control person can make accusations and it’s considered a scandal? This unfortunate blip is being managed, and the accuser is paying for her mistake. Should be a lesson for the next person that creates a fiction and the outcome should make life easier for all of us.

Shoes have nothing to do with it. adidas has just as much invested in the NBA and with Pro Players as Nike does. Shoes play such a small part in recruiting. U of L lost this kid because the kid believes The Syr. Coach might be a little more down to Earth and was easier to get to know. Although people don’t want to admit it, I say the scandal in the Basketball Dept. at U of L is playing the largest role in U of L losing recruits.
