The University of Louisville baseball team reshuffled its schedule for Friday, changing the opponent to Arkansas State, rather than University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and the location from Louisville to Emerson, Georgia.
Weather conditions apparently necessitated the change, the temperature under 10 degrees in Louisville and minus three wind chill factor. But it won’t be a heck of lot better in Emerson.
Last time we checked it was 20 degrees there, with a mixture of one to three inches of snow and ice forecast for later in the day. The opening pitch scheduled for 1 p.m.
If the game proceeds, it will be broadcast live on The Ville at 93.9 FM.
