Kevin Ware could have gone a lot of places and he did, first committing to Tennessee, then flirting with Louisville before committing to Central Florida, de-committing from Central Florida, having serious discussions with Georgia, and may have been talking with people in Lexington.

He was also mentioning UCLA, Kansas, and Kansas State.

But in the end, he felt the University of Louisville was the right place for him, indicating during a visit to Louisville Monday that he wanted to play his college basketball here.

The 6-foot-4 shooting guard from Conyers, Georgia was ranked 56th by Rivals in the 2011 recruiting class.

Someone once said if you don’t know where you’re going, any road will get you there. Louisville is the best possible destination in this instance.
