Dominique Brown has been the missing cog in the University of Louisville football team’s offense thus far, having incurred a knee injury during pre-season workouts. Coach Charlie Strong said two weeks ago he hoped Brown would be ready in two weeks. However, Brown is still day-to-day as the third week begins. Brown was the second leading rusher last season with 533 yards and tied for team leadership in touchdowns, with four of them.  The Wild Card formation has been missing, too, and will probably return when Brown does. An announcement may be forthcoming later this week. (Photo by Menefee Seay.)
