Bria-SmithBria Smith won’t be available for a second straight game when the University of Louisville women’s basketball team challenges No. 1-ranked UConn on Sunday at 1 p.m.  Nothing serious, according to Coach Jeff Walz, just needs a little more time to recover from a knee injury. The two teams will meet again in the regular-season finale at Louisville on March 3rd, and possibly a couple of times, including the conference tournament and the NCAA tournament. Take your time, Bria.

  1. Not so much an injury as just a medical procedure to relieve some pain she is experiencing. Preventative in nature and Smith should be back in 6-8 days.

Louisville will miss her driving to the hoop ability and skill at hitting the mid-range jumper.
