Five days into our trip and 55 seconds into the second quarter Pittsburgh game came the play the observer feared was going to ruin the five-day Lake Erie experience.

The University of Louisville is fourth and 12 on its 35 yard line, John Wallace ready to punt away. As the ball is snapped, a five-foot hole opens in the offensive line. One, two, three Pitt defenders emerging on Wallace, the football thudding off the chest of a defender, the ball going 30 yards the wrong way.

Panic ensuing, the webcam tumbling, the observer expressing dismay.
