Basketball around the corner. Coaches convening.

Steve Springer has accepted an invitation and is en route to New York to participate in the Big East Media Day at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday. The Big East basketball coaches will meet, greet, eat and discuss  the outlook for the upcoming season.

We will be keeping an eye on Rick Pitino, of course, sharing our impressions of the Louisville coach’s interactions with other coaches, players and the national media, making posts and taking photos — as well as sending tweets on the UofLCardGame Twitter account and making Facebook (UofL CardGame) posts.

We are working with the Cake Group, a British-owned and operated company in Manhattan. The company will unveil a new web site soon, sponsored by Volvo USA and the naughty Volvo S60.
