Anyone need a pure shooter?

Among the basketball recruits attending the Louisville-Syracuse game last weekend was Jalen Lindsey, a 6-foot-7, 180-pound juninor from Tennessee. It was his second visit to UofL.

Lindsey was also in Louisville over the Christmas holidays, leading his Christ Presbyterian Academy team to an 83-71 win over Ballard in the championship game of the Bluegrass Holiday Classic at Fairdale.

With Rick Pitino watching his every move, Lindsey scored 44 points and grabbed 13 rebounds. He made good on 15 of 22 shots from the field, including three of five three-point attempts.
